
Gilmour Tools (Holdings) Ltd: Returns Policy
1. General
a) All returns must be agreed in advance with the Company. Goods returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
b) Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in a condition suitable for resale, unless otherwise agreed.
c) Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of your invoice.
2. Returns Due to Company Error
a) Where Goods are supplied incorrectly, damaged, or faulty due to the Company’s error, the Customer shall be entitled to:

Full credit or replacement of the Goods; and

Collection or return of the Goods at no cost to the Customer.
3. Returns Due to Customer Error
a) Where Goods are returned due to Customer error (including incorrect ordering or no longer required), the following conditions shall apply:
-
A 20% handling and restocking charge will be applied;

Goods must be in a condition suitable for resale.
b) Where returned Goods are accepted back into Renovo stock, no shipping charge will be applied.
c) Where Goods must be returned to a UK supplier, a £12 shipping charge will be applied.
d) Where Goods must be returned to a European supplier, a £50 shipping charge will be applied.
4. Misuse or Damage
a) Goods damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect application will not be eligible for credit or replacement.
b) The Customer must inspect the Goods upon delivery and notify the Company within 48 hours of any damage, loss, or shortage in transit. Failure to notify the Company within this period shall be deemed acceptance of the Goods as delivered.
5. Exceptions
a) Non-standard or “Special” items (non-catalogued or bespoke Goods) are non-returnable, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
b) The Company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions set out in this policy.
